We are now looking for a reliable and self-driven accountant for Magdalenas Kontorstjänster who wants to work with year-end closing, tax returns, and ongoing financial administration for our companies within the Fresh Air group.

This is a role for you who enjoys order and structure, can take responsibility for the overall financial picture, and thrives in an environment where pace, business, and development are a natural part of everyday life.

About the job

You will have overall responsibility for the finances of several companies and work closely with management and owners. The focus is on year-end closing, reporting, and tax returns, but the role also includes ongoing accounting.

Responsibilities:

• Ongoing bookkeeping and reconciliations
• Monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
• Income tax returns and VAT returns
• Annual reports
• Performance monitoring and reporting
• Contact with auditors, banks, and authorities
• Support to management in financial matters
• Structure and quality assurance of financial processes

About you

We are looking for someone who is an educated accountant and has several years of experience in year-end closing and tax returns. You are used to working independently and take full responsibility for ensuring that the figures are correct, completed on time, and clear for the business.

You are:

• Self-driven and structured
• Meticulous and confident in year-end closing
• Accustomed to handling multiple companies simultaneously
• Solution-oriented and responsible
• Comfortable in dialogue with auditors and authorities

Experience from contracting, real estate, or service companies is a significant plus.
